Cold night black ~
the color o' icy
crystal rock.
036. The Colossal Hole - Gray
Drawn-out fall ~
in ancient rock dust,
allergies.
037. The West Crater - Gray
Fall sunset ~
in volcano depths,
wild larva.

I love how big & mazy "The Colossal Hole" is, with all its secret crevices.
As raocow shows, it has plenty o' li'l holes that just hold music coins.
My only question is why an owl would be hanging round a giant hole; but then, it's no stranger than an owl being in an underground ruin, a mansion, or inside a factory. Or than a caterpillar hanging round a volcano.I would complain 'bout how oft Wario Land 3 has you break through large parts o' rock wall in so many levels, but then I remember that that was a huge part o' Wario Land II, from the very 1st level. The 1 thing I think Wario Land II did better than Wario Land 3, gameplay-wise, is the way money has greater prominence: the way there's coins all o'er the place you can find in secret caches. It's weird to be playing a Wario game & not collect money everywhere, & levels can look somewhat empty without having coins everywhere. "The Colossal Hole" with all its li'l crevices would particularly benefit from having coins strewn round.
