Today's episode was just a whole lot of running around doing things, with some progress thrown in.

Hopefully tomorrow we'll get to see more Sea Caverns.

This LP will probably be longer than I expected at this pace, but I'm more than cool with that
Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.

If raocow keeps playing in unedited 15-minute-ish chunks (outside of the eventual cleanup phase), maybe this will last until the Hollow Knight DLC comes out. I was expecting it to end a few days earlier, although I actually have almost no idea how long it usually takes people to beat this game.

i did a single session playthrough today and i think it took me around 2 hours? prob less actually, i forget when i started playing lol

i think i didnt explore very much because i had a ton of cleanup to do after getting the last powerup though
and i didnt play until after watching the first 2 videos so i knew where to start and stuff (not that that wouldve made it take any shorter since it still took me forever to find the multijump thing)

Wow, it seems like keeping track of the map structure and connections between different rooms in your head is a lot harder than I thought.

At this point, I'm very sure that a map function would have been a major boon here.

In the meantime, I'm planning on making one for the benefit of other people who got lost here.

Hoo boy. I really hope raocow remembers to clean out as much as he can of the Trial Site before leaving. Otherwise, he's going to be in for a nasty surprise when he revisits.

At least, assuming the surprise hasn't been fixed yet.

It has been fixed, assuming we're talking about the same thing. (There used to be a bug where a chest would open itself if you leave the room without collecting it, making it impossible to get the item inside.)

There seems to be one area left unexplored.

I wonder if the other treasures do anything. Nothing hinting at their use yet, or any trading sequences.

Nope. Doesn't really look like it. Just you gathering the treasures in the first place, only a few of which actually augment gameplay.

Also, you can actually checkpoint inside a wall. This will be of much help later on...
