Many, many years ago I missed my opportunity to be subcriber #25,000, so I waited all this time for the next milestone, and finally that time came when raocow died in regular SMW.

Speaking of, we really need to discuss how to up that #. You hit 25K years ago, and we need to fix that. You upload at minimum 1 a day, most often 3 or 4, the YouTube algorithm should love you.
I suggest you need to advertise yourself out there. Consider buying adspace that plays on the youtube vids. If that is out of your budget (which I doubt, where are all your patapon dollars going?), another good idea is cross overs with other known LPers/youtubers, which you've dabbled with very little in the past. At least partner with someone.
Also get other social media stuff, like twitter, facebook, myspace, Instagram, so others can more easily follow you. Also advertise those in your videos. AND can't forget the all important asking people to 'like, comment, and describe'. The vocal majority may hat the cliché, but it WORKS. Just like micro-transactions.

he doesn't really care about the number. raocow gets fan mail like the christmas stuff at a rate that surpasses that of many huge youtubers. The community is a matter of quality over quantity
