Sanct recorded both Go Go Goomba and the Weeee I used here, I forget when the latter is used in the game

Well, no, but it makes the level less frustrating so it was kept in, but don't worry this is not all you will be seeing of daddy brain, as he does make a return in a later level (tm).

As for the secret exit I will show you EXACTLY where the key is. Also, I completely forgot I did this but this is the only level in the game with an ADDED SECRET EXIT that's COMPLETELY ORIGINAL and admittedly unnecessarily obtuse, don't remember my thought process but hey it's here so might as well try to help out

I've been trying to stop being rude to level designers about their bad decisions, but I think you can understand why I feel the urge to smack you upside the head for this one

The overworld is mostly unchanged other than like a couple additional paths, most of which we've seen already (One of which will remain a mystery).

Remember that series of Bee Movie memes where the title was something along the lines of "The Bee Movie but Every Time Someone Uses The Letter B it Gets Faster" or similar? And then you would click on the video and that's exactly what you got, and it was really dumb but oddly satisfying? I think the same 'exactly the stupid thing it says on the tin" logic is at work here. It's sort of the the ethos of the internet to mutate things for the lulz and then share them with people, especially when the source material is so banal. And so, we get "The Metroid Level but the Flamethrower is 500% Faster," "A SMB2 Level but Nothing Moves Vertically," et.

Like, yes, it's okay to admit you like something that wouldn't necessarily win a level design contest. Just because this game isn't perfect game design doesn't mean it's not excellent at what it does while still being by-and-large perfectly fair difficulty.

It seems a strange to talk about this game being excellent at what it does when it often "does" as little as possible in altering the original levels. But yeah, at least the makers cared about the player enough to (almost) never make something that was unfairly difficult. And it's definitely entertaining, I can't contest that.

Also, this game is at its most entertaining when it's just unpredictable. Larry suddenly dying as soon as raocow entered the boss chamber had me laughing.
