Anyway, GameFAQs says that the unlock you got isn't a movie, and the only other movie in the game has no real people in it, so you're completely clear!

oh really! Alright then, this is very good to know.
Also I've played so many marios that I don't perceive floating platforms as being abnormal anymore. If I ever suddenly wish to start a career in construction, stop me.

Why?!? You could engineer anti-gravity into existence! Or some other form of stable propulsion!

I'd fund it. With patreon dollars!

raocow, you laugh like ALF.

In other news, referring to the Blob as "boy" is likely to cause no end of confusion.

raocow, you didn't have to reset the whole level.

Didn't you remember in level one? You got 2/3 chests, and then did the level again for the 3rd.
You could have saved yourself a bunch of time.

It wouldn't be raocow if he didn't make things much more difficult on himself than necessary, lol. Personally I was too busy still laughing about the fact he just kinda totally ignored the door to begin then proceeded to be confused about how he could've missed it to get too caught up in his restarting the level entirely.

Nah, the blobs just enjoy living in the dark, you know, cause they're like fungi!

Man, puzzle bosses are apparently just really tough to get right. That boss seemed really kinda janky.

I get the feeling that it would've been a bit better if raocow could actually see.

Which makes me wonder if there was anything we couldn't see during that rocket portion?

Seems kinda silly that the game doesn't tell you that the night light apparently is the source of all light in the universe, or is it a coincidence that those level sections were all in the dark?

So what causes blob to change color? I recall him randomly being red on a few occasions. Today he turned grey. And I can't figure out the correlation to anything or what effect it has.

Also it's odd that riding a rocket propelling straight downward is slower than you fall.

Maybe that's the scrapped emotion system or whatever that was discussed earlier? Red's definitely when Blob's getting annoyed like when he's in water or can't get back to the boy. I guess the darker color is when he comes into contact with enemies?

I'm kinda glad they scrapped the emotion part of the gaemplay because it sounds like it'd be a pain, though seeing the leftovers like this is kinda neat. Seeing blob get upset is upsetting!

also ewwww sausage jellybeans ?!

I think there were some tricks to that bonus level that could have made it easier, though I haven't played it myself so I'm not 100% sure.

For instance, for the column of mines it looked like you could have blown them up with the anvil, dropped the trampoline on the safe ground you started on, landed there, placed a trampoline on the spikes in jumping distance and bounced from there. Slower than what you did, but probably safer on the whole.

Don't know if there was a trick to the last part, though. Maybe you could toss an anvil jellybean under the lowest mine and it would blow up safely when Blob transforms there? I don't know if that would work. If it did, you'd still have to hop over the top mine but you wouldn't have to place the trampoline so precisely.

That bonus level looked really precise in spots, especially near the end. Kind of felt like blind jump in central in a couple spots, too. Don't really know if that's the intended solution, but yeesh. I keep going back and forth on wanting to play this, but a level like that kind of makes me go back a bit. Ha-ha.
