Wow, wasn't expecting a new bean, and for it to be THAT. I wonder if something like that was in the NES game? Lemme check:

Nope! Its completely original! The Mech definitely wasn't in the dev sketches of all the powers, so that part wasn't spoiled for us. I wonder if any more new things will still pop up?

I doubt there's going to be anything new, an achievement popped up when he fed the blob the new jellybean and it gave me the impression it's for feeding the blob every type.

It's easily spoiled if you buy it on Steam though. For some reason it's featured in the second screenshot.

this is why I never watch screenshots, look at trailers or even look at the steam cards. games just jumping at the chance to spoil themselves

The mech was in the rough sketches for blob transformations, and raocow even commented on it, it just wasn't in the "completed" artwork. I'm glad he forgot about it by the time it actually came around though, I was super looking forward to his reaction to it and he didnt disappoint.

So why did you ask us for trailers in patreon?

Pretty sure the S in SVP stands for Senior, raocow. Which is still kind of a weird thing to affix to Vice President, but corporations are weird like that and like to have multiple VPs.

Man, I haven't even really enjoyed this series all that much but it's been going on for so long it feels like a thing now that it's ending. Hell, I moved cities, started a new job and have been working at it for over a month in the time this series has been going on.

I expect the final action of the final video to be a good ol' blob hug

Well I'd certainly hope you're not watching screenshots, lol. That sounds like it'd get boring pretty quickly.

That's usually the kind of game that Wayforward makes. It's good, but it has some flaws that keep it from being great. Maybe it's because they go a bit too far and/or don't have enough time to implement them all in a great way, but they're a solid indie studio.

I always wondered what the deal was with the enemy blobs that hold hands, cause they didn't seem all that different from the basic black blob, other than too tall to jump

We should all commemorate blob by putting an animated blob sprite on the talkhaus. Just a thought.

This game was very raocow, it had a button solely dedicated to hugging, had puzzles and more importantly puzzle breaking, and it even had a mech which could destroy the world and everything inside (and sometimes even the Boy).

Having one person do the level design in a puzzle-platformer that had a lot of people doing stuff for it is strange however.
