Re: All the Mega Men One-Shots - On the Right Track
Ah, a lot less than I thought. Still kind of a shame, but not *quite* the absolute butcher job I was led to believe.

I like how the stage intro theme is a weird midi variant on the usual MegaMan stage intro theme. Not, like, just a midi version of it, but a variant with a flourish at the end. They got fancy!!

I played a lot of games like this one on my mother's mobile when I was little.
I wonder if there's official art or even fanart of Mega Man in his space suit anywhere?

Came out in 2003 in Japan originally. Got ported over here in 2006. Mystery solved. Thank you, Mega Man Wiki Fandom page.

this would've been a big hit if it was correctly marketed as a megaman x game. i mean you're rescuing all the distressed reploids like in the later X games!

Only the finest games produced, designed, or atleast endorsed by Capcom egh?
I'm going to casually leave this link as a suggestion. Not going to say anything though

was that MIDI music?
If you're gonna be playing games using MIDI (and you will considering AtS), definitely consider investing in VirtualMIDISynth

I like the implication that it is a government-sanctioned level of acceptable for MegaMan to just leave dudes to die in space as long as he meets a rescue quota.

So...
Did Capcom get any money from that "Worlds of Power" Megaman 2 book?

This raises a question. When you say "Game" do you mean specifically a video game? or any kind of game?

I actually own this and it's reasonably fun if you can find people to play it with.

This looks like it's basically the Mega Man equivalent of Kirby's Pinball Land here except that it controls way worse. You can beat the bosses, and taking down all three will unlock the Dr. Wily board. I'm guessing you have to do it just like in Kirby where you must take down the boss in one trip up there, and you were super close when you got the 1000 points before losing the ball.
