With raocow playing Star Road, I heard a lot of talk about a new Super Mario 64 romhack by the name of Last Impact. As someone who LOVES Super Mario 64 and has played a few SM64 romhacks, I had to check this one out. I don't know much about it besides the fact that new power ups and enemies exist. I'm curious to see how far it goes.

Because Donkey Kong 64 is too good of a game to not let it invade other games. Joking aside, I still kinda have a soft spot for DK64, so when I heard about this hack, I knew I had to give it a shot. Hopefully this game isn't as buggy as the actual DK64...

Kid Klown in Crazy Chase
I decided to revisit an old game from my childhood. It's a simple platformer starring Kid Klown as he rescues Princess Honey from the pirate Black Jack. He avoids obstacles, collects keys and hearts, and defuses Black Jacks bombs on the way. It's a pretty short game, so this LP will probably be done before you know it.

Yeah, so here is where the game starts showing some of its faults, big time. Hopefully the next level isn't as bad

Huh. The only other Mario 64 rom hacks I've seen before are just texture changes and/or more enemies.
This is neat.

Yeah, there only seems to be a handful of interesting SM64 romhacks. This one still has quite a few faults, but I like the direction this one went. I'm hoping it keeps going up from here, but I feel like it'll probably level off.

Anyways, I wasn't prepared for Fungi Forest. Or should I say, I wasn't prepared for a few parts of Fungi Forest...

Yeah. It wouldn't have been so bad, but all the elements were just so terribly set up. At least everything in this video went pretty well.

Oh man jumping on Whomps. That's an interesting use for them.

And man was that Koopa the Quick race so much easier than the last.

Yeah. Honestly, that level went a lot better than the previous two.

And here we are at the end now Finale: The Best Reward

I haven't decided what I want to do next. I have a couple ideas at least. I just need to decide what I want to do first.

That was certainly a way to end a game.

And I am absolutely abysmal at the final Bowser fight. I've yet to see someone who's worse at that fight than me.

I'm glad you enjoyed the LP. I might do a quick, obscure SNES game next, and then maybe another SM64 romhack. But things can always change.

Now to just get the time to record...

I finally got around to watching parts 1-5,
this game is pretty neato!
And the custom abilities is nice.
