Do you want to be told the weaknesses? Kinda necessary for a "guide" sort of thing, no?

I know all from the back of my head, so just ask :>. You can also watch my videos as sort of inspiration, if you want :p.

Simon

EDIT: Well, I'm away until sunday, so I'll just spoiler it.
Mega Man 1
Cut Man > Elec Man > Ice Man > Fire Man > Bomb Man > Guts Man > Cut Man
Mega Man 2
Metal Man > Bubble Man > Heat Man > Wood Man > Air Man > Crash Man > Flash Man > Quick Man > Metal Man
But really, Metal Blades work wonders against Wood Man and Flash Man, too, also they're a one-hit kill on normal against Metal Man himself.
Mega Man 3
Two weakness chains!
Needle Man > Snake Man > Gemini Man > Needle Man
Top Man > Shadow Man > Spark Man > Magnet Man > Hard Man > Top Man
Mega Man 4
Pharaoh Man > Ring Man > Dust Man > Skull Man > Dive Man > Drill Man > Toad Man > Bright Man > Pharaoh Man
Mega Man 5
Star Man > Gravity Man > Gyro Man > Crystal Man > Napalm Man > Stone Man > Charge Man > Wave Man > Star Man
Though Star and Charge Man should really be fought with the Buster.
Mega Man 6
Wind Man > Flame Man > Blizzard Man > Plant Man > Tomahawk Man > Yamato Man > Knight Man > Centaur Man > Wind Man

This is my preferred order, though in MM4, it's a tie between Toad and Pharaoh regarding where to start. MM5, I like to switch up all the time.

Huh, I could've sworn MetalMan beat Woodman, and HeatMan beat MetalMan. But I guess that Atomic Fire does do really bad damage to MetalMan. Thanks for the lists, anyways!

Oh also Elecman is up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Ii6oYX8Bck

That's true, but I want this to be at least relatively fair to the enemies. :)

Episode 4 Is up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EB_ui4eqJQ

In this episode, we go through Fireman's stage! This stage is pretty easy overall. The only place that I don't agree with is that room with the flowing lava, as you require the Magnet Beam to not get hit.

Episode 5 is up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYNDO_PHYpw

In this episode we go through Bomberm... I mean Bombman's stage. The only real threats are the missiles and those Gameboy Bombs.

You're uploading these at a pretty decent clip here. I've been watching bits and pieces here. Love that the Anniversary Collection lets you switch weapons with L & R. Anyway, watched the sixth video just awhile ago. Nice job.

Hey, thanks! :D Well, episode 6 is up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZjWKdr4HYY

In this episode we go through Gutsman's stage and get the Magnet Beam. The only threats are those 'Picket Men' who through pickaxes at you. The magnet beam allows you to create platforms in midair, and it's required in the first Wily Stage.

Episode 7 is up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imTBBpJV2ew

In this episode, we go through the first Wily Stage and fight the Yellow Devil! And yes, that is his official japanese name. His english name is Rock Monster, but he looks nothing and acts nothing like a rock. Besides, Yellow Devil suits the fight better. It is very tedious and overall annoying, but not too terribly difficult. Just dodge his blobs and shoot him in the eye.

Just a heads up, tomorrow, all those links in the first post will be erased to make room for the Megaman 2 links. All my posts after that will also be deleted.

Huh, why don't you just keep the links? Just push them to the bottom or something...

Anyways, I've allowed myself to put some comments on most of your vids ;).

I started with Bubbleman because I want the game to have a fair chance. ;)

Fair reason.

Actually, I'll have to start with him now, too, to see if Bubble Lead can be useful in some shape or form. I mean, Search Snakes are awesome once you realize that they are crazily powerful and you can rapid-fire them...as are Napalm Bombs, same reason. Even Charge Kick has its uses. But that's what I dislike on the very first Mega Man's, if a weapon was bad, MAN did it suck.

Haven't watched Air Man yet, but if you say you can edit...would it be too much of a hazzle to remove all your failures with Heat Man's block puzzle? It's supposed to be a walkthrough, not a Megaman falling simulator, no?

Oh, and you could activate the "uploads" button in your channel, I've had to search explicitely for your videos I missed...because you didn't post them here :>.

Yeah, sorry about not posting the videos here, I'll go ahead and do that now. Also, I can't really edit because I had used Camtasia to put that in, and it wasn't very hard. The editor I usually use is Pinnacle Studio 14, and it has these 'frames,' but it only picks up four or five every episode, and I can't just cut wherever I want. It really sucks, but Camtasia takes an hour or two just to render out, while Pinnacle only takes about 7 minutes. I'm kind of at a loss for good video editors, here.

Windows Movie Maker is in no way GOOD, but you should be able to cut out segments of suck easily...

Or else, if you're not satisfied with the result, just replay the stage :X.

Camtasia shouldn't be taking that long to render a video at all, so something's fishy there.

Well, Megaman games tend to have a lot of FPS, which to me translates into larger file sizes. Also, I'm sorry for not updating in a while. I've just been busy with school and life and stuff. If you really wanna hear the details go look for my thread in the Art Showcase. Anyways, I'm planning on uploading tomorrow because I have the day off of school. Three day weekends for the win!

That is true, but I guess it depends on how you're going about recording in the first place. I wish I were more tech savvy so I could outright tell what the deal is. Are you using VirtualDub at all? That can definitely lower the file size, then you can go about editing the video in Camtasia.
