Haha, I think this thread's name just drew everybody over out of pure surprise. Including me.

Not sure what to say about this, probably because I'm not sure how it's going to go other than "interesting." Sure caught me off guard, at any rate! And I guess now we all get to see the things people made for this without playing through ourselves, which is nice.

Don't worry, raocow apparently had a look at one of the levels before deciding to do this, he knows what he's getting himself into.
What he doesn't know is that what he saw was one of the easier levels in the contest, but fortunately most of it's not that much harder. Heck, he's played harder stuff than most of this before actually, this just sounds scarier because it has 'Kaizo' in its name.

I honestly have no idea how Willhart pulled the gimmick off in that level. I checked his lunadll.txt, it was just character filters. As far as I can tell whatever he did there is entirely vanilla but I have no idea what it actually is.
(Probably doesn't help that I didn't look at his level in the editor but ehh.)

Also good job previewing that level of all levels.

Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.

The gimmick on the level today was made using a glitch on the engine, where some blocks retain their momentum while staying still. There was no lua required for it, and I actually used it on one of the Tower of Biased contests.

I wanted to make this level easy enough for me to beat on one go, which was the reason for it being on the more easier side. The difficulty on my next Magkl level will be based on something else than having spikes everywhere.
