I just don't get the appeal of Minecraft. It's a game where you can get stuff to build things? Why not play Blockland and skip the boring parts?

MINECRAFT IS AMAZING. First time I looked at it, I thought it was really dumb. Then, I played it, and I almost pooped a little. Not only can you mine stuff, you can craft things. Also, building huge castles is fun. OH, OH AND THE BEST PART. If you can bucket some lava and some water, there's a really fast way to build walls.

EDIT: But yeah, you see what I mean. It's just ridiculous. I got sucked into it really easily. No idea why, either.

Because it's not boring when you actually do it.

It's the addiction, man. You have to admit that you have a problem. We are all very worried about you :(

No, honestly, I don't. I mean, like, if I want to build a castle, I'll pick up a game where the sole purpose of the game is to build a castle. Or, if I wanted to go outside, I'll go into the basement and play with my LEGOs. Man, I gotta play with my LEGOs some more. Or even I'll start up ZBrush and render a castle. With boobs. And I don't need to waste time gathering stuff... It's like, go tell someone to replace their OS with Microsoft Bob. It'll be really fun for about five minutes and then bleh. That's what I'm looking at here.

The shrine is actually a representation of Mario's conversion to Buddhism.
Underground Storage is Buddhist Hell, Ice Side, or Abruda Naraka.( Assume Mario get's the lowest, as his skin was not poping.)

Where exactly was the "BOWOOM" from? I can't remember it being anywhere in 3.

Now I want to know what was up with that path in the pipe.
So let's check it out.

EDIT: all that for the glorious reward of a dragon coin.
And the green pipe you can access leads you to a path full of those really steep slopes which is really irritating instead of that noteblock section.

The graphics in the Darkness level are from "Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow" on the SNES. It's actually a pretty fun Disney game, I own the cartridge for it.

I watched some daigaidai yesterday after raocow mentioned it. the videos are pretty funny actually.
I laughed out loud. not sure if that's what he was aiming for...

Probably the first time that a game playthrough without commentary has interested me this much.

That doesn't say much.

Like, I just watched his latest video, and he just wasted 90 lives on one level. So what?

daigaidai is the maker of the kouhai series.

The current series is basiclaly Kouhai 3 (Present Mario is not an actual Kouhai three, even though it's the third game on his site)

I think I saw some of those videos.
Was that actually Kouhai 3? If so, will raocow play it, because it'd be pretty neat!
