(Craz'd) 2: One hundo!

this is the place where lps are being talked about. it's important to talk about games being played on the internet.

Banaan was a nightmare for me. I probably died what felt like 20 times to the last bunch of puke of the last wave.

Dude. How is that even possible?

the hardcore mode is totally possible. by design, no stage in this game requires you to take damage. i promise!!!!!

im having a lot of fun watching this lp.

also some people are totally obsessed with the whole two nsfw screens and its kind of hilarious.

This game looks really good so far. Not sure if I'll play it myself, but I'm really enjoying watching it. It doesn't seem to be the longest game in the world, going on the size of the map, but... ah well, I suppose we'll see. Also, that banana was the most terrifying thing I've seen all week. Never trust fruit, everyone. That's what we've learnt today.

Tbh I should have voted this instead of Transistor for Best Video Game 2014 but I forgot. I knew I was forgetting something.

I still love some of the sprites for Loon's sliding on the walls. They look so happy.

Also I like how nobody's spoiling raocow for very much as far as I can tell, because its so much more obscure than AUS and BMD haha.
Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.

Personally I didn't have any problems with the NSFW screens. I do think that they're kinda out of place in a raocow LP though.

Considering some people flipped their lid over a sex joke recently, I think my repeated cautioning is justifiable.

People didn't dislike the joke because it involved sex, they disliked the joke becuase its premise was "woman does sex as reward for hero". People weren't being prudish, they were being progressive.

OK, so I have completed most of the game right now (all chests, beat all bosses

and unlocked their portraits

, 66 out of 72 hearts), but one dream in particular still has me stumped. I'm most likely overthinking it, but I really don't see any other way of solving it other than brute forcing it. Gonna wait until raocow gets there. Maybe he's gonna stumble over the solution by accident again.

A quote from TvTropes:
Turns Red
Also known as "pissy boss mode", it is kind of a second wind that enemies get when they've been damaged too much, or when they're the last enemies on the screen.

And man, was Banaan pissed when it got hit. It threw an epic hissy fit.

Oh, so that what that is. I had to google it. I don't remember learning the word Modulus in school. I had an inkling it had something to do with division.

Remember when raocow collected a heart, and two brick fell down? If you go back to it, it also get's higher, building a pyramid. Apparently, it builds when you do/collect stuff. I wonder if a door will appear when the pyramid is finished.

The only time I ever really see the term used is by programmers. I was never taught about it in school either.

Should probably get the physical version of the soundtrack because it looks cool and I'm curious as to what they'd yield in Vib Ribbon and Monster Rancher.

So, finally 100%ed the game, and boy am I relieved to have done so.
The ending was nice, if a bit weird. Also, the balloon popping segment in the

Final

zone was hard as balls, especially with the unforgiving time limit. In fact, nearly all the hearts in that zone were incredibly difficult to get, since the game doesn't autosave when you grab hearts. A bit disappointing, but I still managed nonetheless.
Now to see how long it'll take raocow to get everything!

This game is painful to look at. No, seriously, my eyes hurt just from watching first two episodes. Why would you do this? The first game didn't look great, but at least it wasn't eye-bleedingly bad.

Visual style and graphical versatility are two different things. The ladder one is pretty good. Also the mechanics and the story are wild in this game and raocow seems to like them that way.

I'm not sure what draws the line for me between creative nonsense and "lolrandom," but this game fits comfortably in the former, much more so than the first game. It wasn't bad, but I didn't find it nearly as charming as this one's been so far.

That was definitely the angriest banana wizard I've ever seen.

raocow's got the "Holy Relic" in this episode.

Also noticing that the

red number

is the clue to what "attack" is actually vulnerable: with the very bright and colorful tone of the graphics, it might pretty hard to tell at first for some people.

With f.lux on for me now, it's really hard to tell which

color it is, but "non-white number" would have been more accurate for me

Haha. This will fit nicely into my raocow section on my ipod. :P It's still less weird than the fact that I have this on my ipod:

I made a game called Utter Confusion! Play it! :D
It's a lot of fun and has been incredibly popular at every indie game dev party I've brought it to.
