The Devil Rod doesn't actually require the space jump; there's an invisible block that doesn't even show up with the pyramid eye item that you can land on and use the ladder.

You can also get it with the dash ability. It lets you air dash if you jump without flipping. Jump off the ladder and at the peak of the jump, air dash to grab it. That's how I got it.

But knowing about the secret block, you can actually get it immeadately after getting the purple key. Even so, that doesn't make it a useful item =\
But yeah, Kilga, to answer your question, it can be gotten with the ladder alone.
I'm still going to mention that when I do my missed item count, even though it's not a very useful item at all XD

Body of willpower cuts damage by 50% when equipped. How useful it is depends on how early you get it. If you wait until the end of the game, it's nearly useless. But if you get it as early as possible, it's pretty useful. 7 mana, grenade, purple orb, safety boots and ladder are what you need.

Thank you for finally just coming out and admitting that the only reason you like Bunny is because you are attracted to little girls in skimpy clothing.

I don't usually try to will raocow to not do something, but this was one of those times. I managed to muscle my way through when I did that, but I had enough health upgrades to survive. I can only hope Rao realized the shoes' powers before he saved. :|

My guess is that he figured out what the boots do before he got back to the savepoint so he can just redo it correctly this time.
Or at least I hope he figured it out before then.

For the fun of it and out of curiosity, everything you can have before
fighting the cat devil as Chelsea.
No exploiting glitches or anything. Just knowing exactly where everything is and the earliest you can get it. Kind of amazed you can get this much so early.

If he actually read what his new item does, he can hardly have missed this, I assume.

Sidenote first... Anime style has to be pulled off kind of badly for the characters to not be attractive in one way or the other... well, the female ones at least, as my gay real life buddy complains about a lack of goodlooking male characters and I tend to see why... sidenote aside... I thought either claiming Anime to be instant porn or hoping for fanservicy scenes was hint enough? Would not refer to Bunny's clothing as skimpy, though. Other than that I'm not saying Bunny's style would suit Chelsea, in fact I doubt it would. But just a bit less... would be highly appreciated, yes. Besides what else reason to like any character of a game (or series) with as little story as BMD? In fact even when there actually IS story looks are the first thing to matter, as before we get to know a character we get to see her (or him in case it's a dude)... and in fact, who cares about created personality of fictive characters anyway? Personality is nice for real life, but in fiction characters are fine, as long as they're attractive, I'd say. But now I try to reason too much for such a witty comment, so... just forget about it.

How about... no? And if reasoning is enough to creep you out, maybe you want to check yourself first before calling other people names. It's very impolite, you know?

On a sidenote I think Bunny would benefit from being a bit less loli... wanted to put that as a post scriptum, but... well, no need to do so anymore.

There's reasoning and then there's saying that you think that a prepubescent anime girl would be improved for you as a character if she wore less clothing. Seriously, please, just stop. No one of us gains anything from this conversation and all we're doing is shitting up the thread.

How about this: You delete your posts, I delete my posts, the thread is shit-free, everyone is happy again?

I just don't like this kind of overdressing in general, so naturally I'd prefer something less.
Way to overreact for nothing, really.

I must disagree completely.
Personality is way better than looks.
I could stand mediocre looks and a great personality, but not great looks and a mediocre personality.
The same goes for video games.
You can have games like Halo, what with it's "awesome" graphics and "intense" "riveting" gameplay, but the game will always be garbage, because the story is such utter garbage.
Then you can have a game like Tales of Symphonia, with an awesome, deep, and complex story and...eh..gameplay. The fighting in Tales of Symphonia wasn't that great. In fact, it was rather stale and repetitive. But I LOVED the story, so I'll play it again and again and then I'll even play the secret "Nephihime Book bonus god damn this takes for ever" side-quest(more like side entire game) and then I'll play the lack luster sequel. And then I'll play the "Gladsheilm is pretty much another Nephehilm god damn you game!" side-quest. Because the story was THAT good.
Story > Gameplay >>>>> Graphics.
P.S. I really don't care how those locations were spelled, they were BEYOND excessive.

I'd rather seeing you dissable the comment-section for a while.
And maybe even ignoring talkhaus threads or closing them for such games.

Since you gain more and more subscribers (even though only a smaller percentage of this group played this hack along with you) it will be tough to avoid such happenings in the future.

But still... i don't mind so much if you're going on a break with this game (yes i know, how nice of me xD) since you'll come back ~ like you did with Metroid.

The thing is that this also blocks normal comments. And that is a shame to miss at times.

A shame or not, let's face it:
This won't stop so easily. I don't think raocow is so naive and thinks "that'll teach 'em, and next time will be better !"
Without a solution he won't be able to play this kind of game again ... ever.

In the youtube comment section he wrote that it's a problem for him if he "knows" about people telling him what to do as well (even if he don't read them). I guess he's just a little overprotective with that right now ~ but i fear that we won't see any Games like Chelsea or AUS no more.

Since this site is about raocow and Mario hacks ~ i don't see the point in not close threads and dissable comments. This thread just exists because raocow played this game. If such threads make him not play it anymore ... that's kind of nonsensical.

If raocow needs a break, he should take. I don't want an unhappy raocow :( . And anyway, maybe it should be a repeat of AUS, ya'll brought it on yourselves, oh well. Block the comments if it gets to that.
So blocking comments since this has happened a few times would probably be the best option. Hopefully the talkhausers won't repeat what the peeps on youtube are doing.

He could just disable comments, and polity ask us to not do it on his website, in the threads about the game. Doing so results in a ban, it's his fourms, he can ban whom ever he chooses.
Also, it's just rude to go against his wishes. He does this for us, and it's probably therapeutic for him or something, but we are his audience, and at this point, he has given us more than enough and owes us nothing.
We really should kindly obey his requests.
That's just my say, feel free to ignore it.

Hey guys, try to tone it down on the wanting to fuck animes. Also less snarkiness would be fine. You are allowed to disagree with each other but try to bring up points as to WHY instead of going HURP DURP NOT GONNA SAY WHY CAUSE NOBODY READS IT.

I haven't been following this thread so there's some shit I know that's been gotten away with, but SOMEONE keeps calling me in here.
I'm on Youtube andTwitter and Discord so say hi to me on there cause I don't really post here also I have sigs off so I can make my sig as ugly as I want and it won't bother me this is my sig btw

What are you talking about? Everyone who reads this thread really wants to see a giant wall of spoiler tags and an argument about how naked the ten year old protagonist should be.
