Just in case nobody's suggested it before, I'm gonna request New Super Mario World 1: The 12 Magic Orbs. From what I've seen of it, it doesn't look too difficult, and it also has a bunch of custom powerups.

Most of the Switch Palace Switches also have a really funny message when you hit them, so there's that.

Seconding this, even though it has 12 worlds and things get kinda repetitive after world 8.

im gonna use what little veto power i have (which is none) to try and veto 12 orbs

its a long personality-less hack. its just by the books boring ngl. its only real gimmick is having multiple powerups. it kinda feels like its emulating the new super mario bros type of gameplay where its just rompy whatever but the design is pretty weak throughout most of it.

there's much better stuff to play lol. it was rejected pretty strongly at being a featured hack too @ smwc. its just Not Great. id imagine itd make a boring lp.

well, depends on how many levels per world.

The only world that has a double-digit number of levels is world 12, and even that has only 10 levels.

hey, remember that super stipulation world thing that kept getting revived and then abandoned again?
it looks like the last update was five months ago, so if it doesn't get updated for maybe a year or something and it's clearly abandoned again, then maybe rao could consider taking it up himself?
(or he could just do it anyway, his choice i guess)
i just remembered it suddenly and thought it sounded like a fun time.
