Random idea that popped in my head another day, but how about Gensokyo no Nazo? It's a little Touhou platformer that I personally see as a cross between Mega Man and the game its meant to reference, Atlantis no Nazo. Not exactly sure how conducive it would be to LPing format besides raocow going forward as far as he can until he finds and beats a boss, but it'd be an interesting game to see him play, particularly

in the postgame levels

Ok, so, some time ago, I played a really good japanese Mega Man 4 hack called Rockman 4: Burst Chase x Air Sliding. It is actually a combination of gimmicks between two other hacks (Rockman 3: Burst Chaser and Rockman 5: Air Sliding), which makes the hack really fast and gives you the ability to air slide.

It doesn't include as much stuff as Minus Infinity does, and I'd say that the difficulty is way more friendly as well (Maybe even for a Mega Man game?), but the level design is really good and the musics are all pretty memorable. I really think it would be worth a try!

Since I saw that you want to do some small side items next, I would like to suggest Sacrifice Girl, a freeware by FoxEye.

It's a simple underwater puzzle game where you flee or hide from the "Demon Snake" and navigate through the seabed. Swimming with limited air is a key mechanic; you have to stop by air reserves as you explore, and many of these also save and checkpoint your game.

The game's not that long, but it can take a bit to get used to the game and understand what to do, so it will probably take 3-5 videos.
