I've started a Let's Play series where I play games and deliver a commentary in German. I'm American, so my accent is funny and I make grammar mistakes.

EDIT: Also, should I play longer games and split them up into parts, or keep with the format I have?

I don't know, longer games might be less interesting to watch; you better try one game and see how it works out.
As for suggestions I honestly have no idea... Maybe play a Mario World hack and see if that's the kind of thing you'd rather play. Or you show us some of your favourite games in the past - You don't have to stick with mainstream LP's like Minecraft or DayZ.
