Just came across this, watching em all now, it's pretty entertaining. :) There's not many suggestion spots left, is it possible for you to play a level with your screen upside down (turning it upside down in editing for emphasis) or if you can do that just with the emulator?

If that doesn't sound too impossible/potentially damaging, I'd like to suggest that for Door 3 of Bowser's Castle. :P

Maybe you could use this method?

Edit: Probably won't work because I think this just changes the desktop but not the programs you actually open? I don't know, it may be worth trying

I have a fun challenge for room 3 of Bowser's Castle.

Set hex addresses 0F8B and 102E to FF. Change the time for the room to 600. Beat the room under the new conditions (the timer is about 30 or so times quicker).

Oh, and for room 8.

Beat it while Mario is invisible. Not sprites. Just Mario/Luigi.

Nice job with the latest video. I didn't even realize until after making the challenge that the yellow cape koopas appear at fixed places whereas the red cape koopas are spawned by a generator. The level design fits with the challenge better than I thought.

This let's play is golden. I hope you see it to the end, I really enjoy these levels done in weird ways. Do you have a stipulation for Chocolate Island 5 yet or is it up for grabs? If so you should do this:

Press the blue P-switch at least once in every section of the level (Once in the main area, once in the side fish bubble room, once in the bonus room). You aren't allowed to grab the midpoint, and you aren't allowed to fly. No duplicating a P-switch or turning a grey P-switch into a blue one or any other glitches.

This is possible, but requires quite a bit of back-tracking though. It isn't hard if you know how to do it, but you may run out of time figuring out the order of things.

I completely forgot, how this level looks like XD
But yeah, there is no stip on this level yet (if my list is correct) and I'm gonna put it there right now
Glad you enjoy this Let's Play so much :D

Soda Lake was a pretty tough one, I'm not sure if I should upload the current vid I have for it or if I should just film another one T_T
I don't wanna disappoint Argumentable, he's been waiting for so long ._.

Hah wow, the cookie stipulation was wonderfully silly to listen to.

Also using the link Ryrir provided : http://www.wikihow.com/Turn-Your-Comput ... pside-Down , I managed to test flipping my monitor upside down using the ATI bit of the guide since I have a Radeon, it works. Though I don't know what graphics card GVirusG has, or what OS..

If you wanna see if any of these methods work for your setup GVirusG then please consider my silly stipulation for Bowser Room 3. ^^ There's a lot of methods so hopefully at least one works with your computer.

I don't know which stipulation I should take for Bowser Castle Room 3 :?

CM30, your suggestion came after Xirix's, so, to be fair, I'll take Xirix's stip because he posted his first.

But there are a few Bowser Castle Room Stips open for the taking ;)

Xirix, yes, my PC is able to flip the screen upside down ;)

And here's the new video

Oh yeah I wasn't exactly that specific on what I meant about the ludwig boss fight. I should have said you had to defeat Ludwig before he goes into his second "chase after you by rolling in his shell" phase. That's what I meant by two cycles. But I don't mind you not going back, it was a miscommunication on my end.

Yo, Forest of Illusion 1 everybody

I tried some fancy editing in this video. What do you guys think of it? Is it ok? Shall I edit my videos like that in the future as well or do you think it doesn't fit? I'd like to hear your opinion on these kinds of shenanigans :)

The uhh... popping sound when you defeat an enemy? It... made me stop watching. It was rather distracting.

the editing is fine but yeah, the clicky sound effect was really distracting, haha

also as I said on the video itself, technically you brought the same goomba to the end twice, so it doesn't count.

if you are gonna rule lawyer your way through stipulations, be prepared to be lawyered back

The editing felt really out of place and unnecessary, to be honest. Like the videos, though.

I see, ok. Seems like that style of editing is not a big hit, which is totally fine ^^

Gonna keep it the old way then :)

The hitmarkers were a bit much, but that explosion from knocking the Goomba across the goal was great, made me crack up laughing.

I will admit though, the hitmarker at 8:35 was too good.

Blue Switch Palace: Collect all the coins, including the coins obtained by using the P-Switch to make the blocks into coins and the silver coins from using the silver P-Switch. Do all of that and finish the level in 75 Mario Time Units or less.

I think this is possible, but I haven't had a chance to test it myself to figure out how easy or difficult it is.
