okay real talk the whole while I've been doing this I'm still only partway through Sonic Rush, and that's after months of watching--I could probably use the time to catch up.

All the Sonics is already so far from the original conception of All the MegaMen that there is no reason to feel stuck to the original schedule. In addition to the scope creep in terms of video length/editing, AtS has been so much more thorough, both in the breadth of games covered and in terms of time spent diving into the full (and sometimes repetitive) content of each game, so some degree of fatigue is bound to set in.

I also think the parts of the games outside the main/first storyline tend to not be designed so much for raocow's schedule. They seem to work better for play long sessions where you can go back through parts of the game you've already experienced in large swaths, or as new content to return to after taking some time away from the game. Taking breaks to alleviate that makes a ton of sense (as would any other schedule modifications raocow wants to make).

Well that confirms that Unleashed won't be this year. But yeah a break seems like a nice idea. I remember way back near end of 2012 (after Trap Tower) where there was a break from having two sides for a while.

i think they meant that the worst (heroes? shadow? 06?) is behind raocow, not that the rest of it is necessarily good. just that raocow has played the absolute worst thing that he ever will in this series

I'm actually more surprised raocow hasn't tried an All the Marios thing. I tried it, but man, it's tough to keep interest in editing some of those longer vids.

Probably Nintendo copyright issues. I just wonder if his PC is good enough to run Yuzu and/or Ryujinx at full 60 FPS.

I mean the reality is that the length would be double if not triple that of all the sonic, and also, like, the well is super poisoned since I've already played a ton of games in the series.

you could say I'm more or less doing a soft all the mario, what with having done a few warios and like some of the classic games.
