do you have the sound effect file too? Cause I can't find that either for some reason

oh, it was in 1DF9

Basically, stuff the txt in the folder entitled 1DF9

addmusic romname.smc -se (I think...), to generate your soundeffect.ini

[1DF9]
2B=dingdong.txt

Put that in there

Do addmusic -se again and everything should be working fine

Yoshicookiezeus, here's the new final version of the compilation patch.

(Note: Kil's KCscroll thing not added yet)

I included that objectool code I already sent you and Roy's Mode 7 gameover. You don't need to edit the gameover stuff since Roy made it read from gfx32.

Also quick test shows it doesn't crash.

So how exactly do I add custom extended objects to a level? Lunar Magic complains when I try to add one with a number higher than 3F...

Also, you had forgotten about the teleporter that should appear when all the other ones are beaten, but I managed to put it together from the coding of the other ones.

oh lol.

Here's what you do:

Go into LM and press the insert key on your keyboard.

Now type the number into the box on the bottom right. (size/type/etc)

edit: Also don't forget to insert the teleport blocks to all 3 of the rows.

Oh. I was using the upper left one... Well, it works now. Time to put together the actual teleport blocks, I guess.

If you're using the gfx you drew for that first custscene, go ahead and use the same exact exgfx file you used for that along with the map16 page I sent you. It overwrites page 4 and it should be fine.

Actually, I had to remap the teleporters due to me inserting Yukari's train in the location you placed their tiles, but whatever. I have the room completely setup now; all that's left is actually inserting the objects and teleport blocks.
