Anyways, I had to go to Western Sizzlin again. Why someone would choose to go there for their birthday is beyond me. This time, I managed to do better than usual in my survival effort. The last time I was there, I noticed some noodles that looked vaguely like yakisoba. Obviously, I knew there was no way it was, but I figured it might be some kind of fried noodles. Besides, how do you fuck up pasta? I was able to make it when I was fucking 10. Well, they sure found a way. It tasted like it had been thrown in the garbage and brought back in to serve humans. I had a couple of pieces of (non-fried) chicken and a roll that were thankfully bland. Considering how atrocious their fried chicken is, my expectations were low enough that mere blandness EXCEEDED them by a great margin.

This time, I finally got to choose where to eat. Went to a local pizzeria that does a buffet twice a week. Had AT LEAST ONE SLICE of the following kinds of pizza:

cheese, alfredo cheese, cheesesticks, breadstick, bavarian (ate an entire pizza of this), chicken fajita, cinnamon, banana pudding, chocolate chip cookie, cherry

Were some of those a result of ingredients you brought yourself being added to the pizza by the chefs? Or were they all on the menu?

All on the menu. The place focuses on specialty pizzas. I wanted to get a slice of chicken alfredo, but one never came.

Well, I've never even met a girl, so why would I believe in them.

Well, I've been sitting on this for a few days, and I don't know how else to say it. I love animals. I have the utmost respect for animals. I just don't think Western Sizzlin should hire raccoons to rummage through garbage to serve at the food bar. They should hire actual chefs. I am always thoroughly shocked at how many people are at the place, but I finally realized it this last time I went. I was, no joke, the only person there (aside from employees and children) that was not obese. I'm at the very lowest end of overweight, but every single person there was a clear level above me. These people don't enjoy the food - they can't. It is an actual mathematical impossibility. They are just so fucking obese that their only thought is to eat at an all-you-can-eat, regardless of quality. They don't taste the food before they swallow it whole. I desperately wish I could get a real food critic to come with me to review the place. The only other way I would be willing to go there again is if I would be forced to dip my head into a tub full of acid otherwise, season 1 Breaking Bad style.

Anyways, for the regular food, I had a little bit of some kind of BBQ macaroni - atrocious. Regular old piece of chicken - bland. Chicken fried chicken - absurdly salty, to the point where I had trouble keeping it down. This time I got fucked with deserts too. The cherry cobbler tasted old and the apple dumplings tasted nowhere close to REAL apple dumplings. I can bake my own sweets if need be, I wish these fuckers would never take me to Western Sizzlin again.
