Yeah, it's kinda slow, but that's just the nature of the beast, I guess. Seems like people are enjoying it, though, so that's all that really matters, I suppose. Hopefully poking people via private messages when the one-bids come up will help speed things along a little.

I am loving the goofy pics people keep posting between games, BTW.

Just a couple things I want to note, since this first episode is coming to a close soonish.

First off, if you don't get to play a pricing game, you'll be automatically selected as part of the first four called down in the next episode. You're allowed to opt out if you'd like, of course, but if you wish to continue, you'll be allowed to until you get called up to play a pricing game.

Second, not that it should be a problem initially, since there are quite a number of reserve signups already, but if I decide to continue this for the long term, anyone who *has* played a pricing game will not be allowed to sign up for the next episode. The one after that is fair game, though. This will ideally allow for a more diverse group of players. Obviously, this rule isn't hard and fast, and is subject to change if signups for any given episode turn out to be slow.

Third and finally... I actually did three full episodes on another forum, so I have enough graphics for two more, but if we go beyond that, I'd need to whip up some more graphics for them... It's something I can *do*, as I've demonstrated with the ones I *have*, but I'd gladly accept help with that, since they take me quite a while to do. If you're interested in this, just drop me a note in this thread or PM me or something. I might even use them in earlier episodes, who knows?

Sure thing. Signups are always open, but as it's a first-come-first-serve queue, yeah, it'll probably be a while before you get called. Sorry for the wait; I had no idea this would get as many signups as it did.

Basically it's the file I used to keep track of things, which was also shown to bkamakaze and spitznagl to ensure I didn't cheat and play favorites or anything. Now that it's no longer needed, well, it makes a fine recap. I'll be doing this for each episode.

Episode 2 to start... when I feel like it.

Well, episode 2 is pretty much full, provided everyone who signed up still wants in, but there are slots for episode 3 available. And nah, you don't need to be on any any specific time. When your turn is up, you just post whenever you can. There's no time limit or anything. Episode 1 took a few weeks to finish, after all.

You can still play *while* being my lovely assistant! You just won't get to view the "cheat sheet" like you did with the last episode, obviously.
That said, spitznagl, you (or anyone else not directly involved in episode 2) willing to take on the role of the one who keeps me honest?

And Willhart, I'll be sending out PMs later to everyone involved who hasn't already posted here (I'm still getting everything ready), letting them know. If I don't get replies within a couple days after episode 2 starts, I'll drop them, and you can take one of their slots. If not, well, you're still signed up for episode 3, so you'll get in soon enough.
