idk the whole lore around chara, but isn't chara like some sort of dark frisk personality? i think the genocide route would be better like that, it'd be like, the chara personality kills the frisk personality

That'd be missing the point of JUMP, which was basically to be a modern attempt at a SMW collab similar to the VIPs.

You can argue that was also ASMT and A2MT's goal, but they quickly became the Talkhaus' attempt at making actual platforming games starting with A2XT. JUMP explores a lot of the limitations and quirks of the SMW engine which would require quite a bit of Lua to replicate in SMBX (I'd really love it if SMW physics were just made an option in later SMBXes tho).

Though part of this is just me not wanting to have every single goddamn collab turn into an SMBX project at some point haha
