A quicker way to copy/paste is to hold ctrl and press C to copy, or V to paste. In addition, a quicker way to highlight the text is to click inside the text box and hold ctrl, then hit A. so, basically, click inside the text box, hold ctrl, press A and then C, then go back here and paste the text into your post.
