I found it quite easy to create my own account, I just set the language to spanish, I can't actually read spanish but I can blag my way though most Latin based languages.

not really, "nuevo registro" is p obvious that it means register account whereas Japanese makes absolutely no sense to me.

Oh yeah, this thing! Well, it works for me, since I'm one of those "too lazy to navigate moon language" type people. Also works for me since I only rarely go onto nicovideo. Maybe this thread will change that.
