Did you know: Actually, the vast majority of people in the united states don't watch the Super Bowl? Some of us nerds like to roll their eyes and act like they're above the crowd, but really, the real crowd is the people who don't watch the game but also don't make a fuss about it.

I've got the Broncos winning in a close game

I don't think of not liking sports as being "above the crowd", I just don't like sports. It sounds great in theory; paying a bunch of beefed up guys to see who's better at doing some task, but I just get bored.
Also, pretty much everyone in my province watches CFL because for some reason Saskatchewan is absolutely obsessed with football. Every other province seems to like hockey but here's it's all about football.

To be fair, it's only something that is on for me this year. I'm mostly a hockey guy, and we already know that hardly anybody watches that sport.

I'm a baseball person. I'm pretty sure that's worse. Of course, it could just seem worse because I live in Canada.

I personally love sports, even though I'm no good at them. I'm a stats geek.

I picked the Broncos before the game, but now they're getting their asses kicked. I'll stick to my guns, though.

Wow that first half was ridiculous. I'm rooting for Seahawks myself, but it's no fun unless Denver puts up a good fight in the second half.

Does anyone have a good peanut butter cookie recipe? I want to make some, but I don't want to use the recipe I always use

Just throw chocolate in the mix. I'm sure that will work out.

For a moment there, a 42-0 result was astonishingly possible. Y'know, marijuana.

Man, I hate both the extreme cold and the extreme heat. I don't really like either winter or summer very much!!

Nor do I care about football... or any sports really. Whoops. But a friend claims,
"-the very first hike of the very start of the game involved the losing team scoring on themselves
-my Dad nearly died laughing"
and that sounds hilariously sad/sadly hilarious.

Unrelated to anything, I just died.

It was unusually warm for January, and then it turned cold.

Well that game was terrible, but I did make like $200 on the machines at the bar.

I'm at work, running on approximately three hours of sleep. I think I shouldn't have stayed up past my bedtime trying to finish editing the latest "Talkhaus Sings" video...

I'm happy because this means we can now focus on baseball season getting ready to start and the hockey playoffs to start in a couple of months. Yay!

Why is it, in the year of our Luigi 2014, we're still being examined on our ability to draw graphs by hand? Nobody has had to do that shit for decades!!!!!

So my relief at work failed to show up. I was stuck at work for an extra couple of hours with a major headache and lack of sleep. So....later!

Nosebleeding sucks. Especially when you’re in the middle of listening to a lecture and you can’t move, so you’re just kinda sitting there awkwardly attempting to conceal your face with your hand without drawing attention to yourself.
