The actual canon is Jay (english name, name of bird) and Yoshi. (good ol' Japanese) A bit confusing, but I like it nonetheless.
(Formerly Jayoshi)

Even skeletons had birthdays at one point. Anyhoo, Happy Birthday to y'all that have birthdays today. Wish I paid more attention the bottom of the page for that stuff, but so many of them are old accounts that barely post anyway!

Re: Twitter Thread
Hatemail means you have a presence and that people care about what you do enough to bother being angry about it.

Trying to figure out where I am on this list is pretty sad. It's definitely at least Stage 8 or 9 now.

resetting two windows 10 pcs so that the owners can trade them. yay.
meanwhile the one MMO (trickster online) that I want to play is broken in wine so I need to keep my own windows 10 install handy if/when I want to play it on my laptop.

Ah.
I dunno why I was surprised, I mean my cousin strictly plays the burning crusade version of WoW, rather than the current version

Is it any good? My uh, turnip friend wants to know. For science. Yeah.metasomnia wrote:Ah.

(News of WoW's biggest fan-made private server being shut down by Blizzard and subsequently of Blizzard and the server devs having a lengthy discussion trying to come to an agreement for the future has made me hopeful that vanilla servers will exist one day, but I know literally nothing about any other private servers out there or if any of them are any good.)

I wouldn't know, I don't play WoW myself, so I don't know the differences between Legion(?) and Burning Crusade. My cousin is also in kind of a foul mood at the moment, but if you'd like I can ask her later and relay her response.TaviTurnip wrote:Is it any good? My uh, turnip friend wants to know. For science. Re: Twitter Thread
Like five expansions, so, a metric ton :P If you want to ask I'd be appreciative, but it's not like a life priority for me. I've just always casually considered playing a private server because I'm an old fart who misses the old game.metasomnia wrote: I wouldn't know, I don't play WoW myself, so I don't know the differences between Legion(?) and Burning Crusade.

Why is World of Warcraft called WoW?
'cos when you play it you say "WoW this is boring!" Then you turn 360 degrees and walk away.
