The keyboard itself is an iKBC C87. It's one of the cheaper mechanical keyboards, so you don't get fancy backlighting or anything like that, but it's pretty great value for the price (also bonus typo on the Caps Lock key). Then I swapped out the stock keycaps for Tai-Hao Doubleshot PBT Shine-Throughs which were literally the first blue/white ones I found on Massdrop. It looks like a decent amount of people are requesting another drop, and the one I was in on wasn't the first so I'm sure there will be another one, no idea when though. But if you're impatient you can also pay a bit more (on Massdrop we got enough people to unlock the lowest price of $32USD + shipping) and get them straight from the manufacturer, I believe this is the set.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Sam-I-Am is an ass. Just leave the guy alone, you pest. He doesn't want your damned green eggs and ham already!
Ayjo and Meya are watching you. Be on your best behavior.

Is he a conservative? Oh-ho-ho... Political humor that's not really funny since people are actually like that.

Final Fantasy VI and then the original Final Fantasy.
I haven't played anything past VI though.
What is your favourite one?

Where is the talkhaus wiki gone?
I haven't been here in a while.
Where is Everything.raocow.com gone too and raocow.com for that matter?

So, right now, my father is suffering from Guillain-Barré, a type of autoimmune disease that attacks your nerves. You probably haven't heard of it since it's a disease that doesn't affect a lot of people... I heard that 1 person in every 100,000 has it. Typically, it would cause the entire body's muscles to be weakened to the point of total paralysis, but thankfully my father was diagnosed when he just started losing strength in his legs. His arms, torso, and head are all fine and fully functional.
We've started treatment for him now, and it seems like the reversal of the disease's effects have started. The doctor diagnosed that it would be a few months before he would regain strength in his legs again... personally, I'm just glad he can still walk, even if slowly. I've never seen someone lose strength like that so quickly. My dad used to be a runner before Guillain-Barré.
I don't usually share personal stuff like this on the talkhaus, but I hope that he recovers well. I haven't spent a lot of time with my dad due to him often taking business trips, so something like this seems pretty scary... If it had gotten too far, I might've not been able to talk to him again for a long time. I'm glad it seems like the worst is over now.

i took the wiki down a few days ago cuz it was broken, but I will restore the contents from there at some point
it was a bit unmaintained and botspammed, and somehow it was causing some server issues

I saw Spider-Man Homecoming last night.
It was really good, might be the best Spider-Man movie yet. Definitely better than The Amazing Spider-Man (especially TASM2), but I might have to wait a bit before comparing it to the Sam Raimi trilogy (well, maybe not 3) since I have so much nostalgia for those ones.
