I know we all make fun of Clark Kent/Superman, but it really is quite striking how different certain people can look with and without glasses.

Mr. Kent's glasses are not corrective and are either simply part of his 'disguise', i.e. his anti-Superman persona, or sometimes invested with magical properties. In any case there is no call to make fun of him. You can not make fun of him for looking like a nerd, because that's what he want's to look like and the joke's on you, pointdexter. If you make fun of him for trying to look like a nerd, you are occupying dangerous ground in the struggle of Good versus Evil. (As Burke said, “When bad men combine, the good must associate.") In the final analysis, your assertion is either laughable or morally untenable.

Honestly all we really need to do is supplant the original firmware in the original console with one that's modernized. Oh and mod in HD support, but that's some physical hacking beyond my ken.

...actually at that point we may as well just reverse-engineer a G/MD in much the same way Byuu has reverse-engineered a SNES, and then just build a new one using that knowledge.

Ideally we could just use the original consoles but the Genesis/MD in particular would be hit hard by the jump to 240p.

That's depressing to read. I worked with him on MaGL3 for a bit and he seemed like a genuinely good guy, and all of my past interactions with him have been positive. I never would have pinned him for this kind of person at all.

Jeez... I first learned about this yesterday on Discordhaus, and it *completely* blindsided me. I always saw Willhart as a good guy, if a bit on the dull side. If this has been going on as long as everyone says it has, then I wholly support your decision to drop the banhammer on the guy, Horikawa. I mean, holy hell, what a creep.
