My home internet isn't cooperating so next to nothing loads and if it does, it's just all white with some text instead of the proper site
I've reset the router fucking twice already and it's done nothing
The internet's been fucking shitty since like three days ago, what is this

Hutchinson Island, and I was in the Keys for a couple days.
Only one day left here; honestly ready to get back home too (but not to the cold ;_;).

In other news, GIMP is the most unwieldy shite I have ever seen for an image editor. How the hell do people use that damn thing!? Pinta is pretty buggy, yeah, but at least it makes sense.

Gimp suffers from Photoshop syndrome to where the UI is so cluttered with information and options that you end up having to watch a series or attend a class to understand the program in a usable way.

Paint.net is indeed a wonderful program for most amateur circumstances, I've found that it does everything that I need it to*

In my personal experience Gimp is an absolute mess compared to Photoshop. I can't figure out anything there while most of what I know in Photoshop I was able to figure out on my own. Photoshop's UI might be cluttered with info and options but for the most part it's very intuitive still.

Also I used to like Paint.net a lot but after having gotten used to Photoshop I realized that the way Paint.net saves things feels kinda off. A lot of things when resized actually feel like the edges are less smooth than they should be.

My experience is the same as Alice.
I barely do any photo editing, but I can at least feel my way around in Photoshop, unlike with Gimp where I just can't figure out how to do anything.

This. THIS.
I personally use Paint.net, which sadly is not available for Ubuntu (not that I'd be editing images any time I'm using Ubuntu... save a sudden unexpected Ashan), thus the mess of a 15 minutes with GIMP and the buggy, but altogether much better, use of Pinta.
Photoshop is cluttered, but at it's at least possible to make sense of the damn thing. With GIMP it was like I was just floundering for 15 minutes doing this. Image

judging by the website tab title,I take it this place is becoming a sony fansite?

So, whats a good alternative for making GIFs aside from GIMP? Ive used graphics gale for sprites and gifs but eh, i dont wanna buy it once the trial expires.

Paint.NET has an animated gif plugin that makes that sort of thing acceptable (though it's a little lacking in features). There's also a spritesheet plugin that I have never worked with so I can't say anything about quality there either.

You could also do some very roundabout editing by making the frames, then editing things like delay and compression in Gifcam, but that doesn't even sound like a great idea to my "do everything for as free as possible" side. That said, still an option.

I feel like this is the best place to turn to, so... I have a problem. I have two budgies and blue one could be dying. From morning til now, he seems to be having a seizure: every second his body just jolts and he tilts his head to the left. Occasionally, he would be crying every time he does that. He refuses to eat or drink and his seizure prevents him from going above the floor of his cage. He's 8 years old. If anybody tell me how could I help in any way, please do.

Your budgie may be dying, and depending on what's wrong/how far along it is, a vet may not be able to help. You could still take them to one. I really wish I had better advice than that.
Other then that, maybe make your budgie as comfortable as possible, just in case. I think it made it easier for my cockatiel when I held her when she passed on a year ago.
I found this in a quick search. I dunno if it'll help.
I'm sorry.

Indeed. I'm not that good with talking heavy stuff like this, but I'm always willing to lend an ear and some comforting words if someone wants them.

Only thing I can do to help is praying since I know nothing about pets or birds, but I hope little bird is going to survive.
