Get over it. There's an option to not do it.

The same was also said about the old Youtube layout, and look how that turned out.

But in this case I think we're fine. Not everybody uses Google+ so they can't have a way of finding the proper name.

One thing that's making me a bit confused is why YouTube is compressing videos that Viddler wasn't. I use text boxes in my playthroughs, and the second line of every one has a hard time distinguishing a lower case "I" and "L". Source vid's fine as is the soon to be deleted backup version. Go figure.
