Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games

Post by SiFi270 »

I checked up on some screenshots for this game and I am appalled.

Why is Mario riding a real horse? Are Nintendo and/or Sega simply oblivious to the redundancy that is going on here?

He already has a horse. Two is unnecessary.

Maybe we should post a disclaimer in front of the gazebo.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU OPEN A NEW THREAD
We're not one of those boards that have +3000 new threads made in their offtopic section every day.
There are two reasons for this:

1. We like our quality threads. But we also like bashing non-quality threads. Most of us the threads in here were started for a reason that was different from just showing other people "OMG LOL LOOK I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERWEBS", so please try to comply with that in some way or another.
Opening threads carelessly can and probably will attract our local trolls and/or memeists.

2. The other reason is that we simply don't have enough users to generate as many as 3000 new threads everyday.

Thank you for your condolence, and now go and have fun, god damnit!
Something like that.

PS: Not hating on anything, just saying it's probably not a smart idea to start up a thread right away as a new guy and then probably never returning ever again. It's a painful experience for all of us, really.

PPS: Well, except for OCard.

One step closer to a Mario/Sonic/My Little Ponies crossover

Needs more cats.

Rejected!

I miss the good ol' days when Nintendo didn't milk all their major franchises by releasing poorly made spin-off games on an annual basis.

I never got why people could be against new threads being made on a forum.
If it's interesting (in any way) people will post in it. if it isn't they won't. If it's not posted at all then people definitely can't post in it.

You jerks will cry about anything you don't like, then proceed to ruin perfectly fine threads. Shut up and if you don't like it ignore it and if it breaks the rules report it

I only played the first one and didn't like it. I'm surprised they're making it to 3.

I hope this one winds up being better than the first summer games title. That one had way too many waggle minigames. The winter games one was just an overall better experience.

Just saying I don't like the way these threads die with only about one page of "content", with that content being mostly empty half off-topic talk.
And yes Argue, I actually don't post in threads I'm not interested in.

So you miss 1989 or so.

Because

---

You should really give up on topics being on-topic. I've never been to a message board where on-topic was a thing people paid any attention to.

I try to keep my shit on topic but if the thread goes in a different direction then well... I either leave or go with the flowwwwwwww

To be on-topic:
Mario uses this 'real' horse because Nintendo refuses to acknowledge the existence of the other horse. It's like a government not telling the truth, you know how it is, but you aren't allowed to say it.

Threads have a topic, once the topic is exhausted it will die (or go off topic).
everything dies. don't be afraid.
