Part of me wonders if it would be best for the Mosts to start in January this time to account for the advent event and any other last-minute raocow/community content.
On the other hand, the later it starts, the later it’ll be before the votes get tallied, the userbars get made, etc. and there’s always a chance the folks who’ve volunteered to help with those tasks may not be around or available in 2020 for whatever reason.

Yep. I ran it the last couple of years with some big help on the artistic side from Rocky (2017) and BK (2018). I'm kind of glad someone else wants to do things this year because I'm just physically exhausted lately.
