Very simple concept, just tell us what you last ate.
I ate an Ultimate Double Whopper meal.

A spicy Italian from Subway (a sandwich not an actual person from Italy). That'll change soon, though I'm currently boiling water for spaghetti.
... I swear half my diet is Italian food, or at least variations of it

Rice, bacon, and two sunny side ups on top of the rice. Really should avoid so much eggs and bacon, but dang this is one filling meal. Sunny side up has got to have the yolk on the slightly runny side, so that when it breaks it spreads down the rice.
Later thinking of using the electric grill to cook up some pork. Just salt to season said pork, nothing more. And of course, rice is definitely needed for it. I could also fry it; for pork, it's best to fry it to be real crispy; like crispy to be close to chicharon-like. Again, just salt to season it.

Fried chicken. No breading (generally I suck applying breading on fried food for some reason). Marinated in fish sauce.
Ate it alongside some fresh hot rice. Put the serving of rice on a bowl, cracked a raw egg on top and poured some soy sauce and mixed. The soy sauce is there for the flavor, while the raw egg being half cooked and mixed on the rice helps spread the flavor of the soy sauce and add a gooey consistency. Quite nice, especially when eaten with the chicken. Plus, it's easy to do since all you need is some hot rice, an egg, and a bit of soy sauce.

Pizza. Classic student lifestyle.
A tip when it comes to breading- if you're gonna deep fry it, you can usually get away with dipping the chicken in egg, then flour (dipping so the entire surface is covered, there's probably a better word for it). Also you can substitute egg for hot sauce if you want more flavour. It's probably not the best, but my dad makes that and it's reliably good

Toast and scrambled eggs. Breakfast at dinner time which is still breakfast when you're a night person.
