A suggest grabbing the A2XT devkit and having a look at all the different NPCs.bkamakaze wrote: e: if it's gonna be in the ASMT-verse, does anyone have a list of species? i can only remember a handful
I like that idea. What characters are reffered to, though? NPCs or player characters? If it's the former: Ukulele Boy, heck yeah! :DHoeloe wrote:One suggestion Horikawa made about the first, non-canon session, was to use characters from Let's Cortex
Considering we're aiming at 5 players, and there are only 4 in Let's Cortex, at least one person would have to make their own character or use an NPC. However, keep in mind that using an NPC requires you to stat out the character too. For PCs, most of the stats can just be converted between systems fairly effectively, but NPCs will need constructing from scratch. In order to avoid having to stat out two characters, I suggest using your own character, that you might want to use for the campaign, if you don't want to use a Let's Cortex PCPiter_Lauchy wrote:I like that idea. Okay, that sounds sensible.Hoeloe wrote:Considering we're aiming at 5 players, and there are only 4 in Let's Cortex, at least one person would have to make their own character or use an NPC. Feel free to run character concepts past me via Sykpe. My plan is to help each player set up backstory and such, so that things can all tie together effectively and make the best game. It's definitely best not to over-define your character, though, because otherwise you get locked into things that might not be fun. Keeping backstory suitably vague allows things to be filled in later for maximum game.Piter_Lauchy wrote: Okay, that sounds sensible.
Just had a quick glance at the ASMBXT sprites. I think I know what I'll pick.
You could still try and negotiate a spot from someone, and you're still on the waiting list in case someone drops out.zmonbobbo wrote:Ah, dang! I forgot to respond so I guess I missed out :/
Oh well, have fun peeps!
Eh, no need to negotiate. Just let me know if anyone drops out, because I'd try to make it work out in that case.Hoeloe wrote:You could still try and negotiate a spot from someone, and you're still on the waiting list in case someone drops out.zmonbobbo wrote:Ah, dang! For the original game in this thread, which now seems to be referred to as "Let's Fate", then all the spaces are full, but it looks like some of the people who missed out on that are looking into setting up a third game, which may or may not have space.Learning-Timebuster wrote:no idea if this is too late or anything but im interested in participating as a pc
I'm not bothering to update the first post, but I have a list and I'll keep track of things from here, so don't worry that your name isn't in the first post. You're still on the list.Xirix wrote:Damn, of all the times for me to not check the talkhaus in a while, stick me with an interested please. :)
