After the major success that was the Hamburger thread, I've decided to come back with another food-related topic. Today, donuts. As a Tim Hortons addict, I consider myself quite a donut connaisseur.My personal favorite, is the Boston Cream:

or the Maple Cream:

It is a chocolate (or maple)frosted masterpiece with creamy vanilla-flavored custard filling. A true delight.
So I ask you my dear friends, what is your favorite donut?

I tend to avoid doughnuts with any type of filling. Not really my thing. Lately, I've been into coconut doughnuts, but maple dips are also good too. My friend posted pictures of this unique/"gourmet" doughnut place downtown. I'm curious to check it out sometime when I have the time.

Yeah, Boston Cream and Maple Cream are basically the only 2 donuts Tim Hortons might as well have. I mean the others are good, but not as good as them.
Also, Tim Bits are pretty good. Sometimes I get those cause there's more overall donut you get to eat.

My favorite kind of donut is plain with a strawberry filling. Sorry for not knowing donut lingo.

My favorite donut is just a simple choco covered creme filled. Sour Dough donuts are 2nd place though.

But honestly, all kinds of donuts are delicious, donut holes included.

I was in Tim Horton's yesterday and saw an Oreo donut that looked really good.

UNFORTUNATELY I'm boring and Honey Dip is my favorite flavor by far, followed by Maple Dip (both from Tim Horton's). On occasion, mom will bring home a super-cheap pack of mini-donuts from the grocery store... I think they're crullers? They taste the same as honey dip.

Once or twice she's picked up a brand of those mini-donuts called Annette's, and they're just so good that I can hardly comprehend it. Kinda want to get some now.

There are plenty of kinds I haven't tried, but for now that's my favorite.
