Crap, you just destroyed everything for me. How can I record my voice without vocaroo?

Oh, yeah, the narrators should probably read the chapter number and chapter title as well.

We still need peeps to sign up for Professor McGonagall, Dumbledore, and Dean Thomas.

I'll take another look at Albus' lines for the first few chapters; I may record them.

Since Professor Pepsi is a capitalist, how should I voice him? More formal, more crazy, or more dumb?
Oh, and do I have to read only the part highlighted in the HTML document and not the whole text said by Professor Pepsi?

Read the whole dialogue by Professor Pepsi, darkychao wasn't as thorough with the highlighting as he hoped to be. He missed one of Harry's lines, too.

Crazy, exaggerated 'murican accent would probably be about right.

OpenOffice tends to deselect things for no real reason, so it must've been that. I've payed more attention when highlighting acts 2,3,4 and the start of act 5

Okay, deadline set, go send me those beautiful voices, as a reminder The Rules:

1. Record 48K bitrate WAVs, monaural is preferred but not required.
2. Don't puff into the mic, it is neigh on impossible to edit them out, so just make sure that when you record your mic is below your mouth, because from now on I will not even try to edit them out, I'll just ask you to re-record.
3. Make sure your audio isn't clipping when you speak into the mic, turn down your input volume to avoid this.
4. Please don't upload to Vocaroo, it lowers audio quality to 22.05k bitrate, and audio tends to be super quiet when downloaded.
5. Try to be loud enough to hear without cranking up the audio, background noise tends to drown out people who are too quiet and the voice sounds weird when the noise is removed in editing.
6. Try to have your stuff in long before the deadline, don't be that guy who holds everything up because you can't record on the evening of the deadline

The "Semideadline" is when prefer to have the stuff in by, please at least try to get in stuff by then, but I know it's kinda short notice, so the real deadline is later.

As soon as a good stopping point for act 4 is posted (hopefully chapter 29) I will release all the highlighted act pages so that people can read their lines early if they want, or whatever.

P.S. Man, this story is getting uncomfortable to read...

These are really quiet and kinda obscured by background noise, is there some way you could re-record them so that your voice is louder than the noise?
I could probably use these but they'd be really tinny.

Yeah, I'm not too good with voice things. I might try to rerecord, but I won't mind sounding tinny. They're just minor characters, after all...
