I find it very interesting that they chose Trixie to be the antagonist for that one. Then again, I can't really think of anyone that could have filled her shoes better in that short, with the exceptions of Gilda and Lightning Dust.

Very enjoyable, if I do say so myself. The shorts are giving me hope for the actual movie :D

On another subject, what did everyone think of today's episode? I really like that they tackled the issue of learning through different methods, and I thought that they handled it pretty well. The scene where Rainbow and Twi are just flying together awkwardly made my day, and it tugged on my heartstrings when it showed everyone making an effort to help Rainbow pass her test

How very rude and irritating. I've done my part with keeping ponying to my own threads (avatar doesn't count), it'd be nice to not have a newbie waltzing in and threatening without any real reason to considering the members in this thread have been nothing but great people.

But really, I like bronies, but I dont like bragging people in general (and Ive seen so much bronies who really annoyed me... You know, Its not like Phoenix Wright fans have to do role-play style comment-chain on Youtube in EVERY GODDAMN VIDEO. Even without actual context, there are some bronies who tend to reference MLP in EVERY SITUATION THEY ARE IN.)

So Reddit today has a lil' Pinkie Pie in place of the usual mascot because a donation battle was had between four subs from what I gather. Adventure Time, Avatar, MLP, and one I can't remember. MLP won the charity donation battle and so reddit decided to honor the win as they also did ANOTHER time when a similar battle happened and MLP won that time.

Nifty.

Yeah totally.

Got down to the episode myself today, I really enjoyed the beginning and ending but for some reason found my mind really wandering during the middle section. But Rainbow goofing off in the beginning and the flying sections at the end were really good.

It was a sweet episode with excellent use of characters and a pretty resonant moral (that isn’t acknowledged very often in other shows to boot!). Though one must wonder how Dash hadn’t noticed everyone’s antics on the ground, seeing as she was cognizant of what she saw in her previous flight. And her learning style seems really tedious to accommodate, even if it only served as an example.

Kinda interesting how they faintly touched on VARK.

First time I've ventured into the Gazebo. I'm pretty much a lurker but the (relatively) recent MAGLX Japanese Cloud Train level made me curious to stop by this thread.

Anyway, this is a good television show. I like it! U...usually. The comic books are good too. Also usually.

What's the talkhaus consensus on season four? I personally think it rivals or even surpasses season two in general quality, especially the key episodes.

I'm really digging season 4. I'm liking it just as much as season 2, for sure. Though season 2 will probably always be my favorite at the end of the day.

I liked the newest episode (Testing Testing 1 2 3) a lot!! I thought it was hilarious but also had a good resolution/lesson/whatever.

I can't believe season 4's already almost over though...!! Been liking it for the most part.

I didn't really like Season 3 all that much, so should I watch Season 4 or would it be a complete waste of my time?

Yep yep, you've got it right pretty much. There's varying opinions on season 3 in various ways, but people are in general really enjoying season 4, so I'd say definitely give it a shot!~

Applejack is most boring pony imo.

Dragonshy is an interesting favorite for a Fluttershy episode. It WAS when she really shined as a character, but there's been so many good shypone episodes since. I'll always have a soft spot for Green Isn't Your Color for some reason, and even the Fluttershy/Discord episodes were pretty interesting.
