Before I begin I would like everyone to keep it within the guideline rules. : >
You can discuss cosplay tips, cosplay in general, cons you're going to, and anything of that sort. You can post pictures as well. : >

As for me, my cosplays so far are: Aqua from Kingdom Hearts, and Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler. The cons I have been to have been: Youmacon, Anime Detroit.

Haven't done anything of note yet, but I do have some big plans for Eirtakon (the big Irish anime convention) in October, so there may be pictures of that :)

A lot of the time, I look terrible in pictures. But I still love dressing up. I don't ever post anything on coscom, but I do have one picture that is pretty dece from the last con I was at:

The joker in the first picture made her entire costume, my entire costume, most of the doll's costume [all the flowers on the skirt were hand made], and bits of the beast's costume. [all from the first picture haha]

But dang. Those are some nice cosplays. o_o She had a lot of time on her hands. I'm jealous. D:
I need to start working more on my cosplays. I've been a lazy bum after my hard as hell Junior year.

I've dressed as Scorpion from Mortal Kombat for a few fancy dress parties and the like. At this local festival, Solfest, people are encouraged to wear fancy dress on the Saturday, so I dressed as Scorpion. Far from the best costume ever, but fun. My friend's dressed as Rambo. I've just realised that either I must have been ducking significantly or he must have been wearing massive boots (or both), as he's about seven inches smaller than me.

Actually, she managed to do pretty much all of them in the two weeks leading up to the con. She is insaaaannee. Haha. I can't sew at all, so I basically go to her house for moral support/suggestions/fittings and that's about it. :C Im envious of people that can actually sew. [or even people that have the patience to learn]

Yeah. Sewing isn't too bad after you learn the basics of stuff and make sure you know how to string up your sewing machine.
Though, my Ciel cosplay, we hot glued the trim because the fabric was just too fussy in the end. XD
This year I plan to make a cosplay on my own. Augh.

Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler is amazing.
The only conventions in Halifax...are non-existent as far as I know.

Actually no, I think a friend of mine went to some gathering on a field somewhere.
Maybe I'll just fly to Boston one day or something, jesus.

I cosplayed once, though the costume was borrowed from a friend of mine and it really didn't fit me at all. There are pictures of that somewhere, though I'm not sure where yet. I'll link when I find it though.
I want to get my own cosplay, but I'm usually too broke to actually be able to afford it.
As for cons, I can usually be found at CCEE (not so much a con as a expo for a bunch of things. ) and Animethon. I haven't gotten the chance to go to one of the big cons in the States yet, maybe one day.

Well, the second season just came out and the 2nd episode comes out Thursday.
Youmacon I know is pretty well known, Anime Detroit is still only in it's second year, so it's small and stuff. One day I'd like to go to Anime North or something.

And SayAnything- Brilliant cosplay, I couldn't have done a better job.
