Not being a Homestuck reader, the first connection I made between Undertale and Toby's work in Homestuck was Snowy and Moonsetter.
Same instrumentation and a very similar feel. I almost felt ripped off when I noticed it lol

Was staying over at a cousin's house after a night of drinking, when their precious cinnamon bun of a girlfriend started cooking breakfast and put the Hedwig and thw Angry Inch record on. It woke me up, but it was the most awesome way to do so. I think my impromptu alarm clock was the Neil Patrick Harris version, but I've been listening to the John Cameron Mitchell version a lot. Love it. :3
