Does anyone know what raocow's translator he uses for games is?

I mean like the one he uses to read Japanese and stuff

All of the Japanese games he plays have been translated by someone else, and he just refers to a document with the translations on it. That's what I understand, at least.
If you're looking for a translator yourself, I recommend using ATLAS in combination with Translation Aggregator and AGTH. That is, of course, you're not playing an SNES game. This setup is what got me through Devil of Decline, so I'm sure it'll work for you.
