I hear KonoSuba isn't complete shit. I hear this from DigiBro, so that should tell you all you need to know. DanMachi is just SAO, according to our lord and savior Demolition D+.
I've already seen and read KonoSuba, and it was pretty good. The art style is pleasant, fanservice is more of a background thing (for most episodes) and the ending song is fantastic. The manga for DanMachi is okay, nothing to write home about.

Also, some really good manga for the jrpg parody game are Yuusha ga Shinda! And Senyuu.
Those are literally the only ones I know about the genre because my interest in it can't be measured (it goes into the negative range). I'm more of a romance/melodrama dorklord, so it falls almost completely outside my expertise. Shit, the only fantasy anime I think I've ever watched is Slayers and Utawarerumono. I watch DigiBro and DbagChocolat to fill me in on the genres I don't bother with.

I've been watching Gurren Lagan on and off recently.

It's kinda neato.

Studio Trigger's new production Kiznaiver started today.

It's... interesting. I'm not sure where it's going plot-wise, since the first episode is just there to establish the setting, characters and concept, but I'm intrigued enough to want more.

Ok, spring anime are getting interesting this year. Here are my Watchlist...

-Ace Attourney (finally got its anime series)
-Twin Star Exorcists
-Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress (it's like Attack on Titan, but zombies this time)
-My Hero Academia (haven't started it yet)

If there are other interesting Spring 2016 titles, share it.

and no, no Ecchi please

Space Patrol Luluco is adorable, and so is Flying Witch.

I'm going to enjoy both of these.

Thinking on it, the opening scene to the Bebop movie is probably one of my favorites ever.
The coffee machine...
Spike is goddamn amazing.

Not the mention the opening theme. Image

Big Order is also this season and comes from the author of Mirai Nikki. I've been reading it for a while, but the only groups translating it are horrendous and slow to an extreme extent. Mirai Nikki is one hell of a manga to have on your resume though, so Big Order will hopefully be good. That and Ace Attorney are probably gonna be my only pick-ups this season (assuming I'll still be around to see the end of the season in the first place).

I wish I could argue against your statement, but Yami Shibai was pretty meh. Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu was pretty good though, did you get the chance to check it out? It's pretty long and is a character study, might not be up your alley. It had more in common with a television drama than your typical anime (no cute girls doing cute things or dying).

Ace Attorney is pretty unrealistic. Three episodes in and he hasn't presented his attorney badge to every single person and at random during cross-examinations.

No, just like real life.

Alright, I'm watching Ace Attorney 4 today and OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. This has some of the worst CGI I've ever seen. There are Unity games with better models than this show. I can't drop it because I like the games, but this show is not recommended.

I finished Gurren Lagan a few days ago, and it was really enjoyable.

I already started the next must-watch anime on my list: Kill la Kill. So far, the first 2 episodes make me want to watch more.

I think that settles it.

Wow, so uh. I just watched the second episode of Final Fantasy XV, and holy shit. It's actually pretty good. It's nothing like the first episode. It's a complete introduction to one of the characters, which is probably what the series ideally should've been. Prompto is an animal lover, a runner, and reformed fat fuck. These are all things that I am as well, so I can relate (though you DO NOT get that skinny JUST from running, it would take some serious strength and conditioning training to get that thin). It made him a hell of a lot more than just another flamboyant クラウド lookalike. I don't even give a shit that it just abandoned the cliffhanger of the first episode, in fact, I hope they forget the entire first episode and the rest of the series is episodes just like this one. It actually made me WANT to play the game to see how these characters interact, and what more could you want from a Final Fantasy game.

I watched Golgo 13: The Professional.
You shouldn't. It's not good.

That's exactly the post I was baiting for. But I guess we'll just have to live with Undertale :/
