I agree naruto has a bit too many flashbacks/fillers, but it is still my favorite anime

many people are getting fed up with the recent flash back episodes, but i love them as long as they are not reiterations of stuff we have already seen

flashbacks to the youth of adult characters i find entertaining to watch

idk maybe i just have too much patience/free time, but i don't feel all of the filler episodes are as bad as people say, especially the emotional ones
and i love long story arcs that i can get invested in

besides naruto, my new favorite anime/cartoon is RWBY, i absolutely love it

unlike naruto it always moves along with the plot, there isn't much wasted time, everything is short and to the point. and its something i can share with my 9 year old neice





other than RWBY, i loved avatar the last airbender/enjoyed korra(mostly season 3) which is another show i think is on the border of cartoon and anime

DBZ/pokemon/digimon/yugioh were the first 4 animes i grew up on, thanks to 4kids, and cartoon network


I have started bleach, watched 10-20 episodes but i got bored with it because they took too darn long to get to the spirit world, and i can't stand normal highschool kid drama anime, but i plan to go back eventually to watch it

one piece, im on episode 5 or something started that recently, enjoy what i saw so far

fairytail, i got to episode 25 or something, pretty great but got sidetracked from watching it

rurouni kenshin(samurai x) im on episode 10~ or so, my friend got me into this show and i love it

I rewatched Madoka Rebellion since the dub came out and I didn't hear a friggin' peep about it anywhere.

You should watch the dub if you didn't hear a friggin' peep about it anywhere.

I don't remember hearing a friggin' peep about it anywhere when everyone was making friggin' peeps about the not dubbed version, but I went and watched it anyway after watching the anime in the last week.

This is the only movie I've voluntarily rewatched immediately after seeing it, in many, many years.

The rebellion dub is pretty great (watching rebellion dubbed in general is a good idea because of just how many visuals there are, you WILL miss at least a few details if you are busy reading the text)

The 2nd movie/12 episode series has a happy enough ending where all but one character is alright, and that one character doesn't die, just gets put into what can be interpreted as a shitty situation.

But it is very dark for the majority yes, with little comedy, which if I'm not mistaken is your favorite anime category Pholtos?

As someone that whatched the entirety of 5Ds, I'll recomend that to anyone that enjoys card game based anime. It's probably the best yu-gi-oh series in terms of awesomeness and crazy things happening. Zexal also gets really close in terms of crazy.
