I could take over the organisation parts, like getting the clips together, providing a mail adress for the people's sound clips, etc.
But I'm not very good in editing, so I'd prefer not to do it, unless you want the product to be either one year delayed or of terrible quality...

I'll volunteer to do the editing. But everyone has to make sure that
1. they sing in time to the original recording
2. only their voice can be heard in their sound clip

I'm a decent singer and I could sing German, English, Italian or French. I'm bad at French, acceptable at Italian, decent at English and very good at German.
Only the pronunciation, of course, except for English and German. ^^

I would sing everything but rap-shaped things, so count me in.

Submission time!

So, we've got about 10-15 people who want to contribute to this epic singing collaboration, so let's get things started here!

The signups will end on the 31st of June.
After that day, we will no longer accept any new contributers to this "Talkhaus sings".

During the next few days, we're going to have to split the singing parts and assign each to one singer.

I went ahead and split the song (Don't Stop Me Now) into 12 parts which can be assigned to up to 20 individual people:

The above table doesn't mention the second chorus, which is probably going to be sung by the same people who sing the first one, unless we get 2 or 3 new singers.
Additionally, you can record yourself singing the "la la la"-part at the end if you want to and we could arrange your voice with the other singers.

So go ahead and choose your part(s), just post a reply saying which part you'd like to take.
Suggestions about the choice of the singing parts are welcome too.

In the following weeks, I'll PM everybody who hasn't showed up in this thread again to remind them of this collab. :)

I'll prefer not singing solo for obvious reasons, so I can do the 1st burning through the sky part and maybe some backup in another part but I'll get back on that.

Edit: Just to avoid confusion, "Confirmed" will only be checked after I've recieved the singer's track.
