Problems loading Talkhaus?

So hi. I'm new here, kind of a lurker, and I would post more, but for the past, about two weeks, I've been having problems with talkhaus and everything.raocow.com loading.

I don't know if there's something about this that I've missed, but every evening, around 4 or 5 EST, when I try to load these pages, they have a very long load period and then time out. It's kind of upsetting, really. raocow.com loads; at least, the page itself loads, and the frames, but the videos and such within do not. It lasts until I go to bed, around 1 or 2 am (EST) and then is fine in the morning when I wake up.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is it something on my end? The rest of the internet seems to load fine. Please help!

They're working for me, but I did have a problem with Youtube in general the other day. I doubt that's what is going with you though since the server error was for everyone. I don't know what to tell you other than maybe to clean your internet cache and see if that will help.

I'm no tech whiz, either. I'm just offering a suggestion.

Talkhaus and Everything raocow run on a different server from the homepage, so if that server goes down (or is otherwise inaccessible), those two sites will stop working but the homepage stays up (though videoless, as those are pulled from Everything raocow).

I've noticed it down on occasion but never for that long a period. Sounds more like an issue with your internet provider.

I'm, you know, 100% sure it's my internet... just not sure how to fix it! ^^;; It's been annoying. I'm actually only replying today because the talkhaus has been "down" for two days straight.

I've cleared the cache on *all my browsers* repeatedly (IE, Chrome, Firefox) and that had no effect.
We flushed DNS, which didn't appear to work, but I'm on now, so who knows.

I WOULD think it was just me, but it's not like I can't go to other sites: the whole internet seems to work. All but the two places I really wanna go. XP

Could it be that the server is experiencing a lot of traffic? (I was told to ask this question, something about regions and stuff.)

Do you live in a multi-user area? Apartment, shared router, something like that?

Yeah, I live in a small apartment. My boyfriend and I each have a computer.

I doubt anyone is leeching our wireless, though, since you have to be part of the router's pre-accepted MAC address thing to access it, but we just turned the wireless off anyway, since my "new" computer isn't using it anyway.
