Today I watched both Citizen Kane and Juno for the first time.
I felt Juno was the more entertaining film but I can see why Citizen Kane is note worthy, even by today's standards and especially by the standards of the time.
Last movie I watched in the cinema was Tron Legacy. This is a bit of a stupid thing to say but the soundtrack was awesome! It's mainly all 80's synthesiser stuff.
A fun film. Better than the average action movie.
Last movie I watched (not in cinema) was Ninja Scroll. Very fun, very violent, very rapey.
Well, last movie that I've seen was The Devil Wears Prada (my girlfriend was watching it and I was in the room), which I didn't enjoy that much. However, right before I'd seen that, I watched Inception and I've had that on my mind ever since. I definitely need to see it again.
Last movie I saw in a theater was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, which I enjoyed. Having been a bit of a Harry Potter nut when the books were still being written, I liked that the movie was broken up into two to allow the movie to actually show the majority of things that happened in the book, as well as expand on some things -- I actually liked the movie more than the book.
Last movie I saw in the cinema was Paul.
I was worried it was gonna be kinda crap with the best moments in the trailer kinda film but actually it turns out most of the trailer happens right the beginning and it gets way funnier.
I burst out laughing at a few moments.
I wonder how someone who's not atheist would view the movie though.
p.s. the movie has great swearing.
Last movie I watched not in the cinema was Moon. oh my god, probally one of the best hard scifi movies I have ever seen. it's really great. watch it.
also the music is awesome.
A good argument should not only convince everyone around you, but must bend reality into shape, if reality disagrees. The end of philosophy is wizardry.
