So, with my account finally activated, I figured I would explain the months-old mystery that nobody particularly cared about in the first place.

What in the world is up with the crossover between raocow and the SCP Foundation?

First off, the object in question, http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-050 , is a statue that constantly attaches itself to "the cleverest", meaning that writing-wise, it's an excuse for all of us to have stupid things happen to other people's characters. As the document attached to the article shows, I'm the last one who had possession of the statue. I eagerly awaited to see what fate would befall me...

And then nobody took the bloody thing for six months.

Wanting to keep the game going, but unable to get any of the site members involved again, I decided to throw it away in a frivolous fashion. Normally, I would have put it under somebody else's chair, but I decided "hell, I'll give it to raocow." So I wrote up Entry 74, sent the statue to Quebec, and implied that raocow had somehow taken it for himself.

The original thread on this topic asked if this was meant to begin some sort of crossover event between raocow and the Foundation. As awesome and hilarious as I think that idea would be, the answer is no. I'm just some guy who writes for the website and got bored one afternoon. So, to conclude, it's just an overlap of two fandoms. And now you know.

And raocow, I'm sorry that somebody else on the site unleashed the Occupy movement on your doorstep.

As with any forum, a new post inside an old thread "bumps" the thread to the front page of the forum and changes the thread icon so everybody can see it. So yeah, people would've definitely noticed.

I don't know how people know of me or how I did that but I have yet to make up my own solid idea for an SPC. I've been on that irc only like 3 times lol.
