What games are you playing?

I just finished Uncharted 2 on normal difficulty. I think the cover system and camera both have issues in spots, but otherwise, it's a pretty remarkable game. I enjoyed it more than the first one.

I just played and beat Metroid Prime Pinball. It was definitely a cash-in title, but it was fun for a quick playthrough.

I'm playing Starfox Adventures right now after having gotten it cheap.

But man, am I disappointed. It's boring, badly designed and tries WAY too hard to be Zelda while absolutely failing to do so. Never try this game expecting it to be Banjo-Kazooie with better graphics. Just don't do it.

With the internet down at my place for the last few days until this morning, I had been playing Metal Gear Acid on the PSP. Who'd have thought that I'd actually like a card game based stealth action game?

Pretty much just playing the games i got for christmas, wanted to play final fantasy 6 for a hell of long time but i dont own a snes so i got the ps1 port.
Oh and im playing minecraft on and off throughout the week but i don't really count that as a proper game.

Do yourself a favor and download a ROM of Final Fantasy 6. You own the PS1 copy, close enough to creating a backup if you're concerned about legal issues like I know all of us are.

Seriously, the PS1 version has fucked up instruments for the music, reprehensible load times when doing practically anything, and the special features you unlock are basically a couple of half-assed cutscenes and an enemy guide that's basically some dude's article from GameFAQs with pictures.

Wait you don't count Minecraft as a "proper game?" I... don't understand what you think a video game is.

Remember that whole Metal Gear Acid thing? Yeah, I rushed through the sequel in no time at all. That one was pretty fun, too. Will I ever play Peace Walker? Maybe.

I've played all of these games for some period of time in the last week (not equally). After finally wrapping my head around the battle system in Okami, my mind is simply blown. One thing that sucks about being a full time college student is that finding enough time to play through and complete all of these games is nearly impossible.

I played Mario Sports Mix a couple of weeks back. It's all right. Basketball was great, dodgeball and volleyball were okay, but they totally blew it on the best sport out there... hockey.
