So I'm pondering switching from the gimmick I randomly switched to back to little cup.

Yeah, I don't know. On the one hand, random is a neat idea. But on the other hand, I think Little Cup might be more approachable/suited for this kind of thing.
I'm honestly wondering if I shouldn't change mine also. It kind of spits in the face of competitive battling in a lot of ways and I don't feel like anyone's really feeling it (the irl friends who were supposed to help me test things included...).
If I did change it, I imagine I'd change it to a pseudo gym thing - three mons of the same type and all six mons need an attacking move of that type. But that might be too exploitable in a thing like this too since, beyond the first match, everyone would know my type.

I have switched to a little cup gimmick. I provided two helpful links that can be used when helping setup a team.
(I'm pondering running multiple teams so that you guys can't just run a counter for whatever team I make. :P)

So... the legacy matches of pholtos's old gimmick. Here they are.
Match 1 1-0
Match 2 1-1
Match 3 1-2
For a team with a legendary, I held my own really well. A ton of my tactics relied on the element of surprise, but even in the last game, I managed to pull myself together from a bad start and do some damage. Naturally, the Reshiram, and (shockingly) the Arbok took many little guys down... I enjoyed these matches, though. Looking forward to more crazy things!

You had a really well put together team for what you had to deal with, and shows a bit how my old gimmick flops in areas.
I only had two sets of matches in that gimmick, I feel with a bit of polish someone else could use it if they wanted, but for me I feel my calling is the adorable. :3c

I had a thought, it'd be a lot easier to do challenges and stuff if we were all in the same skype group or something. :P

So after witnessing
and experiencing, firsthand,
the stupidity that is Mega Mawile, and in the interest of not over-centralizing the meta of my gimmick, I have decided to disallow Ubers (which basically just means no Mega Mawile and no Shaymin-Sky).
Additionally, I'm going to add two new stipulations to my gimmick:
-Mega-evolutions that meet the height requirement prior to mega evolving, but do not after, will now be legal (i.e. Mega Beedrill and Mega Diancie)
-Floette-Eternal Forme will be (tentatively) legal.
Matches w/ my gimmick will be conducted in Custom Game.
E: Spreadsheet has been updated to more reflect my gimmick more accurately and in further detail.

Yeah, in such a limited stipulation, Mega Mawile has such incredible power. Banning it should be the right move.
Just so you all know, the spreadsheet is now updated with a more detailed walkthrough of my gimmick, as well as the two ways of challenging it.

Continuing my series of challenges is Ivy, with an Extreme Tier Shift battle, showing us that tires are still relevant after all.

Match 2 1-1
Match 3 1-2

I love Extreme Tier Shift, it's so satifying seeing Primal Groudon switching out against a Persian.
