It's decent, but I had to remake my Mii from the ground up. They didn't want me to use my NNID avvy because I forgot to let them copy it before and the QR options crash on my iPad.

there's basically no moderation as far as i know since theyre running on the "dont add or maybe even block people you dont like" philosophy

You can report things but there's no "by default" moderation like on miiverse.
