...but imma curious if it's somehow possible to play the Controller on my PC via the USB Port.
There exists some guides, but only with a Bluethoot Stick. Is there also some way to use the USB Cable wich was included in the Package?

no it's literally only a wireless controller (usb connection is just for power/charging)

bluetooth adapters are only a few dollars from ebay though
